This protein-packed and refreshing mango banana smoothie is filled with vitamins, probiotics, and lots of tropical tasting flavors! This vegan smoothie is the perfect way to get some sunshine into your day!
I have been struggling with weight gain and unhealthy habits for the past year. Since I started my 9 to 5, I have adopted a sedentary lifestyle with minimal to no exercise. Carving out time to work out after a busy day at work is a real struggle for me.
We all know why exercise is good and necessary for the body. But, we often forget that maintaining healthy eating habits is just as important. This is something that is hard to do when you are always on-the-go and struggling to get a decent meal on the table.
Because I barely have time to exercise, I try very hard to make good eating choices. Making healthy smoothies for breakfast helps me with that.
This mango banana smoothie is one of my favorites.
What I love about this smoothie is that it tastes like summer. Made with mango, banana, fresh orange juice, almond milk, and maple syrup, it has just the right balance of sweetness and all the flavors from the tropics.
I added a serving of protein powder for an extra boost of protein and vitamins. The combination was magical.
