“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” This is a phrase we hear from nutrition experts over and over again. It is one my son has been repeating a lot lately. Blueberry Banana Oats Smoothie
- 1 ½ cup almond milk
- 1 pack McCormick Smoothie Boost Berry Flavor
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- ½ cup cut oats
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- mint optional
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until well combined. Serve immediately.
