- Red Onion
- Bell Pepper
- Chicken Bouillon
- Dried Oregano
- Tomato Sauce
- Dominican Salami
- Salt and Pepper

How to make salami guisado
- In a saute pan, heat vegetable oil over medium high heat. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until the onion cooks through and becomes translucent, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in chicken bouillon and tomato sauce. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add salami and stir to combine. Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in the water and let simmer for about 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice before serving.
