Sweet, nutty and incredibly refreshing, this Banana Nutella Milkshake is the perfect drink for kids and grownups alike.

My kids and I love Nutella! We’re really just obsessed with the delicious spread and have spent most of our week making peanut butter Nutella sandwiches for afternoon snacks. But after the fifth day eating the sandwich, I was ready for something different.

So, I made this delicious Banana Nutella Milkshake for a bit of a change. It’s the most deliciously sweet and refreshing milkshake I’ve had in a while. With only a few ingredients, you can have a super tasty and completely refreshing drink that everyone in the family will love.

    What you will need:

    • Bananas
    • Nutella
    • Milk
    • Ice

How to Make Banana Nutella Milkshake

Making this Nutella smoothie is so easy! Simply blend a banana, Nutella, milk, and ice until smooth and that’s it. I like to add a little splash of vanilla for added flavor and aroma.

I used whole milk for this recipe, but you can also make it with almond milk or soy milk if you wish and I’m sure the result will be just as tasty.

If you want to go for something a bit more indulgent, add some vanilla ice cream to the mix! Make it fun with some toppings too. You can add whipped cream, chocolate fudge, salted caramel, and even some chopped nuts or sprinkles.

Go ahead and give it a try. Your family will love it!

This shake tastes better cold, so adding ice will make it better. But you do need to blend it to make sure that the ingredients mix properly.

      Hello Vanessa!
I made these fantastic banana nutella milkshakes yesterday. I followed your recipe, though I replaced whole milk by almond milk. The milkshakes turned out super sweet and nutty. My kiddos went crazy for these, not to mention my husband. Highly recommend everyone to try the recipe (especially those who have kids… and a husband who’s got sweet tooth). Believe me, nutella brightens ANY day!
Thank you so much for sharing this treasure and all of your precious tips. They helped me a lot. Look forward to your new awesome ideas. Keep it up!

      Best wishes,
      Ann

        Hi Ann,
I'm so glad you and your family enjoyed the recipe. My kids love it too! I often replace whole milk with almond milk in my smoothies too. It makes it healthier and feels like such a treat. Thank you for sharing.
        Have a wonderful day!

Just tried it. Found 2 tablespoons to be a bit too sweet for me. Would consider cutting it down to 1 tablespoon of Nutella. Otherwise it was delightful.

I love Nutella anything and I should definitely try this milkshake! 🙂 I'm so sorry about the snow... I have a love hate relationship with winter and it's not even snowing much here yet!
I think anything with nutella will brighten my day for sure 🙂

Nutella is the best! I love it too. I like to see the snow falling from inside my house, but that's about it. Then, I just want warmth and sun. LOL
