    No-Bake Dulce de Leche Cheesecake

No-Bake Dulce de Leche Cheesecake ~ Sweet and delicious cheesecake flavored with dulce de leche and topped with fresh strawberries.

This No-bake Dulce de Leche Cheesecake recipe is part of a sponsored collaboration with Nestlé® La Lechera® and DiMe Media. As always, all opinions expressed are my own.

    Jars of the cheesecake.

During hot, sunny, summer days there is nothing better than a cool, sweet dessert that requires no baking. Afterall, none of us would enjoy spending a summer afternoon next to a warm oven.

This delicious no-bake dulce de leche cheesecake is the perfect summer dessert to enjoy with the family. It's made with 5 ingredients and requires only 10 minutes to prepare so that you can spend more time having fun out in the sun.

Close up of sliced strawberries on top if the cheesecake.

I always have a few cans of La Lechera® Dulce de Leche in my pantry for special occasions, or for those days when I get the sudden craving for something sweet. They also come in handy when making easy sweet pretty desserts like this one.

Three dulce leche cheesecakes in jars topped with strawberries.

What's even better is that you can make these in individual servings using small (4 oz.) mason jars and take them with you anywhere.

What sweetness unites, no one can separate.

I love that they make the perfect on-the-go dessert for any occasion. I made these for my daughter to bring with her on a group play date she had with her classmates over the summer. From what I heard, they all loved the Dulce de Leche Cheesecake so much that they were all asking my daughter if I could send them the recipe.

To their surprise, my daughter was able to tell them exactly how to make it! She had spent a whole 10 minutes the day before helping me prepare the perfect dessert for her friends. She really enjoys cooking with me and making this summer dessert to share with her friends was something she was really excited about.
