Piña Colada Overnight Oats ~ A premade breakfast filled with tropical flavors perfect to help keep you on track with those wellness goals.

*This Piña Colada Overnight Oats recipe is part of a sponsored partnership in collaboration with DOLE and #WeAllGrow Latina Network. As always, all opinions are my own.

Keeping those wellness goals we make at the beginning of the year is hard. Most of us start the year really motivated to make healthier eating choices, but as the days pass the habit of eating better meals start winding down.

One of the things I like to do to make sure that I am eating at least one healthy meal on a daily basis is making overnight oats. I prepare a batch ahead for the entire week mixing different flavors for variety. This Piña Colada Overnight Oats recipe is one of my favorites!

Two jars of the overnight oats ready to eat.

The tropical flavors really set the mood for a bright morning. Now, there is no rum in here, but there is plenty of coconut milk, toasted coconut flakes, and juicy Dole Crushed Pineapple. I also added chia seeds, Greek yogurt to make the oats creamier and a little maple syrup for added sweetness.

Two jars of oats topped with fresh pineapple and a cherry.

It is such an easy breakfast to prepare. It literally takes only 5 minutes. All you have to do is mix all of the ingredients in a mason jar, cover tight and refrigerate until morning. Talk about a time saver!
