- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Place the mayonnaise, garlic, Sriracha, lime juice and salt in a medium glass bowl.
Whisk everything together until well combined.
Serve as a dipping sauce with your fries, or a spread for your burgers.
- If you’d like to increase the heat level of the aioli, just add more Sriracha as desired.
