  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place the mayonnaise, garlic, Sriracha, lime juice and salt in a medium glass bowl.
  • Whisk everything together until well combined.
  • Serve as a dipping sauce with your fries, or a spread for your burgers.

Notes

  • If you’d like to increase the heat level of the aioli, just add more Sriracha as desired.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate until it’s time to serve.
