Latin Style Crispy  Baked Chicken Tenders

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place a rack on a baking sheet. Set aside.

2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, accent seasoning, garlic powder, lime juice and homemade sofrito.

3. In a shallow dish, place beaten eggs.

4. In a separate shallow dish, place panko and combine with adobo.

5. Take the chicken tenders and dip them in the egg mixture one at a time. Then, cover the chicken tenders with the panko and adobo mixture. Gently press the panko mixture on the chicken to make sure it's well coated.

6. Lay the chicken tenders on the rack in the baking sheet. Repeat until all tenders have been coated.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
