▢ 1 roll pizza dough , store bought ▢ 1 tablespoon butter ▢ ¾ cup buffalo sauce ▢ 2 cups chicken breast , cooked and shredded ▢ 1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded ▢ 1 cup cheddar cheese , shredded ▢ 1 tablespoon scallions , chopped

Easy Buffalo  Chicken Rolls

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.

2.  In a small pot over medium heat, melt butter and mix with buffalo sauce. Stir in chicken until well combined. Remove from heat.

3.  Roll dough on a flat working surface. Spread the chicken over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar and scallions. Carefully, roll the dough lengthwise.

4. Slice into 1 inch slices and place flat on the baking sheet.

5.  Bake for about 12-15 minutes. Remove from he oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
