Piña Colada Overnight Oats
A premade breakfast filled with tropical flavors perfect to help keep you on track on those New Year resolutions.
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 cup cut oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons DOLE Canned Crushed Pineapple plus more for topping
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes
- Whipped cream for topping
- Maraschino cherries for topping
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with whipped cream, pineapple and cherry.
