Frozen Mango Margarita

This frozen mango margarita is smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced with sweet mango, lime, and tequila. A simple tropical cocktail with a hint of Tajín for a bold, flavorful finish.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen mango chunks (about 600 g)
  • 6 ounces tequila (180 ml)
  • 2 ounces orange liqueur (60 ml)
  • 2 ounces agave syrup (60 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (30 ml)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Tajín (for rim)

Instructions

  • Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim into Tajín and twist gently to coat evenly.
  • Add the frozen mango, tequila, orange liqueur, agave syrup, and lime juice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and fully combined, about 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your blender.
  • Pour into prepared glasses and serve immediately.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less agave syrup to taste.
  • For a thicker consistency, add more frozen mango.
  • For a thinner consistency, add a splash of water or more lime juice.
  • If using fresh mango instead of frozen, add 1 to 2 cups of ice when blending.
