- 3 cups fresh papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar, plus more if needed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1-2 cups ice cubes
- Save leftover papaya and cut in chunks to store in the freezer to make more later. To ensure that it’s preserved properly, place in a freezer-safe container and keep chunks from touching to avoid them getting stuck to each other.
