1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside. The sausage would have released it's own grease.

3. In the same skillet, using the oil released by the sausage, sauté onion, green pepper and tomato until onions have started to turn soft and transparent. Add the corn, alcaparrado olives, tomato sauce and cooked sausage. Stir until combined.
