For the Grilled Chicken Skewers
▢ 8-10 skewer sticks
▢ 2 ½ pounds chicken breast boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch cubes
▢ ½ cup green bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
▢ ½ cup red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
▢ ½ cup yellow bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
▢ ½ cup Spanish onion cut into 1 inch pieces
▢ Salt and pepper to taste
4. In a medium saucepan combine guava paste, barbecue sauce, garlic, lime juice, and vinegar. Bring to a slow simmer and stir until the guava paste has melted and the sauce is smooth, set aside.
