2. Take sausage out of its casing and break up into small pieces. Add to the skillet and saute, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove into a plate lined with a paper towel and reserve.
4. Place flatbread on a clean heated skillet to warm up on both sides, about 30 seconds on each side. Remove from the skillet and place on a flat dish or surface.
5. Add about 1 teaspoon of the mayo-ketchup sauce to the flatbread. Then, add the sausage, cabbage, onions and tomato, respectively. Top with more mayo-ketchup sauce. Serve immediately.
