▢ 3 cups fresh papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed ▢ 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk ▢ 4 tablespoons granulated sugar, plus more if needed ▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ▢ ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ▢ 1-2 cups ice cubes

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed until the ice is well blended. Add more sugar if desired and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
