Key Ingredient

Cooked White Rice

1. Heat the oil over high heat in a wok (or a big pot, if you don't have a wok). Add the ham and cook stirring occasionally for about 4 minutes. Add the carrots and stir; let cook for about for 1 minute.

COOK THE HAM & CARROTS

2. Add the onion and peppers and stir for about 2 minutes. Add rice, peas and corn. Mix well until there are not clumps of rice left. Add the soy sauce and mix well.

ADD

3. Add cooked chicken, eggs and green onions. Mix until well combined.

ADD & STIR

4. Remove from the heat and serve. Garnish with green onions.
