Ingredients

ripe avocados,
halved and pitted
½
cup
white onion,
finely chopped
½
cup
tomato,
diced
2
tablespoon
cilantro,
roughly chopped
1
small jalapeño,
seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped
1
tablespoon
lime juice,
freshly squeezed (from about 1 lime)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Using a spoon, scoop the flesh of the avocados into a low serving bowl.
Mash the avocado, using a fork, leaving some large chunks for texture.
Add the onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Serve immediately with chips.
Notes
To reserve for later, cover tightly with plastic wrap making sure that no air comes in.
