Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 3/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until all is well combined.
  • The more ice you add, the frostier the smoothie will be.

Notes

  • Blend the ingredients for at least a minute to make sure that there are no lumps.
  • For a thicker smoothie, you can swap the water for milk. Dairy milk will work well, or use a plant based milk like almond, coconut or oat.
