Honey, vanilla Greek yogurt, papaya, granola and toasted coconut flakes married together in a glass full of happiness.

- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup papaya , cut into cubes
- 2 cups vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
In 2 small or medium glasses, layer ingredients as follows: honey, yogurt, papaya, granola and coconut flakes. Repeat as needed to fill the glasses.
Serve immediately.
- It's best to serve this papaya dessert as soon as you've made it. It will keep covered in the fridge for a couple of hours if you want to make it ahead of time.
- I used vanilla Greek yogurt, but you can use plain or another flavor if you prefer.
- The honey can be swapped for maple syrup if you prefer.
