Easy Buffalo Chicken Rolls

Spicy, cheesy and absolutely delicious, these super easy buffalo chicken rolls are the perfect snack to share with your guest on Super Bowl night.

Ingredients

  • 1 roll pizza dough , store bought
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups chicken breast , cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese , shredded
  • 1 tablespoon scallions , chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.
  • In a small pot over medium heat, melt butter and mix with buffalo sauce. Stir in chicken until well combined. Remove from heat.
  • Roll dough on a flat working surface. Spread the chicken over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar and scallions. Carefully, roll the dough lengthwise.
  • Slice into 1 inch slices and place flat on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes. Remove from he oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
