Beets Carrots and Orange Juice

This natural beets, carrots and orange juice is incredibly delicious and very nutritious. It’s high in Vitamin C and a powerful antioxidant that supports healthy blood flow.

  • 6 cups orange juice (about 8-10 oranges), freshly squeezed
  • 2 medium carrots, roughly chopped
  • 1 large beet, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey, optional


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until everything is fully integrated.
  • Pour through a strainer into a pitcher.
  • Refrigerate until well-chilled.
  • Serve cold.


You can also use a juicer to make this recipe. Simply add the oranges, carrots and beets to the juicer. Mix in the honey into the juice and refrigerate.
