Ingredients:

(Get the full measurements on the blog) – yellow onion – red bell pepper – celery – garlic cloves – carrots – small potatoes – cilantro – stuffed olives – dried lentils – dried oregano – ground cumin – smoked paprika – black pepper – salt – red pepper flakes (optional) – vegetable stock – water
