(Get the full measurements on the blog) – Jumbo Shrimp – Salt and Pepper – Oregano – Oil – Red Onion – Bell Pepper – Garlic – Vegetable Bouillon – Tomato Sauce

– Season shrimp with oregano, salt and pepper. Set aside.

– In a large saute pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, peppers, garlic and granulated bouillon. Cook until onions become translucent, about 2 minutes.

– Stir in tomato sauce and let cook for another 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and stir to combine. Cook for about 15 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.

– Squeeze fresh lime juice and serve warm.
